Greetings, dear friends and family! Welcome to our love story! A story that began with a simple swipe and soared to new heights to the Alaskan frontier.
It all started on the modern-day fairytale platform, Tinder. Little did they know that those digital sparks would ignite a love story that would take us to the end of the Earth. As they started their journey with simple messages they realized very quickly as our connection deepened that they had more in common than just swipes and profile pictures. Of course, this love story almost didn’t happen as the first date Samuel had set up, Gisel decided to take a trip to Cancun, go figure. But Samuel being as persistent as he is decided to give her one more chance, and well, the rest is history.
Their love story reached new heights, quite literally, when Samuel decided to propose to Gisel in the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska. Known for it’s glaciers and untouched beauty, Alaska became the perfect backdrop for a love that was as vast and awe-inspiring as the surrounding wilderness.
With a purpose and mission, Samuel whisked Gisel away on a trip to the last frontier with her loved ones accompanying. The day he had planned months for finally arrived and they embarked on a helicopter ride to a secluded glacier, surround by nothing but snow and towering ice formations. Gisel was in awe of the magical setting, but had no idea on what was to come.
Underneath the vast Alaskan sky, Samuel dropped to one knee and with God and the glacier as their witness asked the most important question of his life. Gisel overcome with emotion and mascara running down her face joyfully said yes.
